After rigorously spending months teaching herself how to read the cards and eventually reading for others, Whitney felt that it was important to begin sharing her gift with others in a time where so many are hurting and in need of spiritual guidance and direction. Since offering her services, Whitney has been able to perform insightful readings and often times emotional healing to her querents throughout this global pandemic, and has even unlocked mediumship gifts she never expected to receive. Although she has not been reading for others for long, she trusts that Spirit uses those who are called to be lightworkers regardless of length of servitude to others.

Sooo…when I reflect back on the past 4 years since I’ve created “Lightworker Whit”…I feel so many emotions.

Pride. Joy. Freedom. Hardship. Overwhelm. Exhaustion. Stressed. Loved. Valued. Helpful. Healing…and so on.

& It’s so easy for me to feel like I’ve hardly made any progress since my first post on December 20th, 2020. Especially when I know that I’ve taken the untraditional route in more ways than one.

And my wins are not the same wins of my friends and family. My loved ones are welcoming newborns and new houses…I’m celebrating the launch of my YouTube membership…😅 (please join btw 🥹🙏🏽)

And it’s hard not to wonder…should I have left things as they were? Should I have stayed in that relationship? Should I have stayed at that job? Would I have eventually found contentment?

Knowing myself the way I do, I would’ve never been content if I had never tried defying gravity. But taking flight is rouuugggh. 🧹😮‍💨😰🫣

But then I receive pictures like these above from my clients that remind me of my impact after these 4 little years. And I have an “oh sh*t” moment. “Like wow, someone values what I do so much that they wanted me part of a day that they’ll remember for the rest of their lives.” 🥹 That’s huge.

I’ve been booked for many weddings at this point (gratefully), but I don’t think I’ve ever considered how amazing that is until now.

I get so wrapped up in the decisions I’ve made these past four years... Wondering if the risk of doing my own thing will ever feel worth the seemingly never-ending discomfort of entrepreneurship.

Wondering if I’ll ever regret the sacrifices I’m making now for what I’m building…

But then I get pictures like these above from my clients. And I think to myself, “just keep goin’ girl…just keep goin.”
