📚New chapters if you will. 📝

✨Starting to see a new one on the horizon again, and I can’t wait. 🚪❤️

💖160lbs down from my highest weight of 335lbs, and 125lbs lost from regain.

💖Hi, I’m Victoria and I’ve lost over 100lbs… 2xs! 😲

💖150lbs in 2012. 125lbs in 2025; after Sobriety/IVF/Depression regain.

💖I’m still finding new ways to surprise myself. Most recently- strength to do hanging ab workouts on my inversion table. 😆🙌🏻

💖What have you challenged yourself to do lately, and then surprised yourself at the outcome?

🌟I’m so freaking proud of my progress! With the help of a GLP-1 & nutrition I lost 125lbs of regain last year in 11 months.

😴I started the journey working out, but admittedly between low calories and long work days, I was pretty exhausted.

🤗So I focused on nutrition, hydration, vitamins and sleep. Can’t wait to see what my transformation will look like once I get back into a workout routine!

🌟I’m most proud of the 2024, 285lbs “before” version of me! She put in a lot of work, and got really brave. Aug. 2024, I went paddle boarding for the first time.

❤️‍🩹I was working so hard to drop the regain weight I’d experienced after getting sober, going through IVF and struggling with depression.

😩I kept losing and regaining the same 20-30lbs. And so in Dec. 2024, when I hit 300lbs *again*, I finally asked for help from my doctor and she put me on an oral medication to try and support my weight loss.

💉And then in Jan. 2025, I started Wegovy (GLP-1). 😍That 2024 Victoria would be so happy to see me now, and know that we didn’t give up!💖

🤩 Have questions about GLP-1’s, regain, or anything else? Feel free to ask me anything. 🥰

💖✨🦄What if we took up all the space we need? Asked for what we wanted. Said No to what no longer aligned with us. And didn’t apologize for it? 🦄✨💖

📈📉Progress is not linear. ⚖️I’ve been 335lbs, 185lbs, 300lbs and currently sitting at 175lbs. For the second time in my adult life. Read to the end to see how I lost 100+ lbs twice!!⬇️

🛤️Each part of this journey has taught me something. I’ve struggled with my weight since 2006, so 20 years. But I’ve had issues with body dysmorphia for probably 30 years.

📚I remember being in middle school, 6’2” and realizing much “bigger” I was than all the other girls (and most of the boys for that matter). It began a lifelong battle with myself of trying not to “take up too much space.”

👸🏼Well I’m not that girl anymore, and I proudly take up as much space as I need now. I have learned that obesity is a disease that I will need to treat for the rest of my life, and there’s no “end point” or “finish line” like we used to say after bariatric surgery.

🙋🏼‍♀️If you’re new here, I’m Victoria, and I had bariatric surgery in 2012 and lost 150lbs in 6 months. I worked in the bariatric field for almost 10 years and I’m a fierce advocate for obesity education, access to care and reducing obesity bias. I experienced weight reoccurrence in 2022 and regained 125lbs. And most recently, with the help of Wegovy, I’ve lost that 125lbs again. So I’ve lost over 100lbs 2xs in my life, and will continue to fight this chronic disease. I will stay on a glp-1 for maintenance of my obesity, while continuing to live the healthiest life I can. And if you’re considering any type of treatment for obesity, I hope you’ll feel supported here! 🤗

🗓️What part of your health journey are you in? I’m so happy you’re here!!
