Advocacy works. Last year, our community showed up and made its voice heard. We secured a 2.7% Targeted Inflationary Increase (TII), and the average Direct Support Professional (DSP) starting wage rose 2.6%, bringing it to $19.03.

Investments help provide more consistent care, keep experienced staff on the job, and strengthen services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

Bob is turning 100! 🎉 🎂

Our very own Bob Viscusi celebrates a century today, and he’s been looking forward to this for years.

If you’ve ever met Bob, chances are he’s already invited you to his party. His invite usually goes something like: “I’m going to be 100 and I’m having a big party. You and your family are invited. Do you have dogs? Bring them too!” 🐶

Bob is a huge John Wayne fan (some days he’ll only answer to “John Wayne” 🤠), and he’s known for sharing his colorings with his housemates. Please join us in wishing him the happiest 100th birthday!

Before kickoff today, we want to give a big shoutout to Erin Brady and Mindy Moselle! 💙❤️ They recently attended Huddle for Hunger at Highmark Stadium and dropped off nonperishable food donations for local food pantries.

While they were there, they also walked the stadium's new trail and picked up helpful info from vendors. Thank you both for showing up for our community! Go Bills! 🏈

Howdy from the sasi Western Round-Up Retreat! 🤠

We packed a lot into one day: crafts, cookie decorating, gem mining, co****le, a nature walk, and a Western photo scavenger hunt.

We also picked up some new line dancing moves and were honored to spend time with a Native storyteller, who shared stories and taught us about Native history, traditions, and culture.
