One of my morning rituals is 10,000 lux bright light therapy to help reset my circadian rhythm. Morning light helps regulate melatonin timing, improve daytime alertness, and support better sleep quality.

I aim for 30 minutes shortly after waking, especially when natural sunlight isn’t an option. Because during perimenopause, quality sleep is essential for longterm health and longevity.

Thrilled to be part of Her Longevity. It was so refreshing to be in a room filled with physicians and providers from different specialties, all united by one mission: to improve women’s health and help women live healthier lives.

But what made this experience even more meaningful were the connections. Meeting providers from across the country and exchanging ideas. If I didn’t include you in this post, it’s simply because I didn’t have the photo, but you know who you are. I truly hope we continue to stay connected.
