My dearly beloved community

It has been far too long since I have posted here

In August 2026 we had an incredible retreat. Where women from all over traveled to be on this sacred land

So many shifts and pivots during this season to finally arrive there, on the property together and what a remarkable experience it was to BE with one another

As I look back on these memories and slow down my personal life for just a moment to remember just how special this time was.

Now as I move forward in this energy and begin to set the foundation for what is to come I want to invite you in on some new life that is being planted here.

Now not many people think of this as the planting season, but my dear this IS the perfect time. We plant in fertile ground and cover with mulch (our love) we sing together and nourish ourCells… to see what grows come Spring.

The Heart Warriors are expanding and I can’t wait to share the exciting news with you all.

Registration for the Summer Heart Warriors Women’s Retreat is now closed, and the women meant to gather in this season have found their way to us.

We can already feel the energy beginning to weave itself together.

The stories, the laughter, the release, the remembering, and the quiet magic that happens when women choose to meet one another with open hearts.

To everyone who felt the pull, shared the invitation, or sent their love toward this gathering: thank you. You are part of the ripple.

And to those who will not be joining us this time, stay close.

What does a Heart Warriors Women’s Retreat feel like?

Like finally letting out the breath you didn’t realize you were holding.

It feels like arriving, not just in a beautiful place, but back inside yourself.

Like your shoulders dropping.
Your guard softening.

Let me ask you a question my dear

When is the last time you said yes to yourself?

To that quiet one whispering inside of you, who has been wearing all the hats

The mother
The daughter
The wife
The business owner
The healer
The caregiver

All these hats we wear and yet we are so much more than that.

In order to show up in all of our roles it’s essential to take time to fill our cups. To just show up unapologetically yourself

It is my honor and privilege to welcome Lotus Flower to the Heart Warrior Summer . During our time together she will be offering :An Embodied Journey Through Consent, Boundaries & Self-Connection.

In this workshop, we’ll explore consent and boundaries as embodied practices rather than conversations alone. Through storytelling, discussion, and demonstrations using rope as a teaching tool, you’ll discover how slowing down and listening to your body’s cues can help you recognize a genuine yes, an authentic no, and everything in between.

Together we’ll examine how consent begins with ourselves, how boundaries become acts of self-trust, and how honoring our body’s wisdom can transform the way we move through relationships and the world.

And to top it all off 🥁 🥁 🥁

The Divine Dr.Lisa Roark is bringing her heart felt energy to our community. A former lifestyle medicine physician who now guides others through transformational healing and expanded states of consciousness. We will be guided back to our truth. With deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom, Lisa will invite us to slow down listen deeply, and reconnect with the wholeness that has always lived within.

Inner healing intelligence: remembering the wisdom that lives within. There is a quiet knowing beneath every heartbeat, every breath, every cell of your being. It has never forgotten how to heal.

When we soften our grip, return to stillness, and allow ourselves to settle into the sacred rhythm of homeostasis, the body remembers, the heart opens, and the soul begins to whisper.
