Do you have a pelvis? Then you have a pelvic floor! And if your pelvic floor isn't doing what it's supposed to, then let's give it a little attention, shall we? Because the idea of limiting how you exercise and move your body, or not doing the things you love because of leaks, pain, or bowel issues, just stinks. Talk to your friendly local pelvic floor occupational or physical therapist, and check out www.balancedpelvichealth.com to learn more.
