Good morning! It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that the studio will be closed until April 1. At that point we will reevaluate the situation. I know this is a stressful time and I wish I could give you all a massage to help relax. But I know in my heart this is the right decision.

In the meantime, while at home- consider taking an online Pilates class!! If you’ve never tried it, now is the time! It’s imperative that we all keep moving our bodies!!

Also- I have a favor to ask. Please share this post. Maybe someone you know would like to take classes online or buy gift cards. As a small business, this closure impacts our bottom line and we are fighting to stay strong. Anything you can do to share would really help.

I care so deeply about each and everyone who visits our studio. Please stay healthy!!
