MMC has been trying very hard to keep up with the COVID surge. We have been continually testing and treating COVID patients. We are very sorry we cannot keep up with the demand. We have been using Millennium Medical (the Hoadly location) for our family's health care needs for nine years now and we have been happy with the care we've received. However, several months ago they changed their telephone answering protocol and it has become nearly impossible to speak with anyone. After a few rings callers are transferred to voicemail and messages left on their system go unanswered. My husband has been trying for two weeks to get a prescription refilled, but the office has never returned his calls. This morning he needs to have blood drawn, but when he's called, no one has answered the phone. In the past we've been able to call and make same-day appointments, but that no longer seems to be a viable option. We need to be able to reach our provider, and for this reason we are currently looking for a new PCM for our family.
