MC To Be Fit Small group high intensity interval training fitness program in a fun, supportive and effective environment. My Cougar Bootcamp is a supportive and fun fitness group training program designed for beginners as well as those looking for a challenge.

We are rebranding the meaning of "Cougar" and now is the time to redefine the new you. It's not your age that matters, it is how young you feel that is most important. We meet two times per week for 8 weeks to more effectively meet your personal goals. Your Cougar Coaches are Cammi Williams and Michelle Miles, certified personal trainers, specializing in Tabata training and individual modification

Hello everyone!! Tomorrow we meet for another awesome workout! This time are meeting at Lake Newport Pool at the basketball court at 9:30am! Anyone trying Cougar Bootcamp for the first time can try the class for free!!! Look forward to seeing you tomorrow :-)

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the final days of June. Wednesday, June 25th, we start our Summer Session for My cougar bootcamp. You can sign up for an 8 week summer session and pick and choose which weeks work best for you during the next 10 weeks of summer. Because of summer vacations this gives everyone the opportunity to workout accordingly. If you are not going out of town you may take extra classes for at a discounted price. Morning and evening workouts are available. Let us know if you would like to sign up for summer workouts. This week our schedule is Wednesday at 9:30am at Wyndham Hills neighborhood on Stones Throws Drive and at 6:00 pm on Winstead Lane in Reston. Also we have classes on Friday at 9:30 am and 6:00 pm on Winstead Lane in Reston. We look forward to working out with you in a more effective, efficient, supportive and fun way! Cougar Camp is a supportive and fun fitness group training program designed for beginners as well as those looking for a challenge. We are rebranding the meaning of "Cougar" and now is the time to redefine the new you. It's not your age that matters, it is how young you feel that is most important. We meet two times per week for 8 weeks to more effectively reach your personal goals. Your Cougar Coaches are Cammi Williams and Michelle Miles, certified personal trainers, specializing in Tabata training and individual modification training. Tabata training is a High Intensity Interval Training program which has been scientifically proven to be a more effective in strength and cardio training. Your Cougar Coaches will arrive about 15-30 minutes before class start in order to assess appropriate intensity levels for individuals or to provide modifications needed due to injuries or limitations. This will be an educational class as well as a great workout lasting for about 45 minutes to an hour. You just need to bring a towel and/or yoga mat, water, comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Feel better, more confident and healthier than ever before. This is your time to feel great and have fun!
