Our friends at the ConnerStrong Foundation have shared this upcoming event you won’t want to miss. Why? The play is a story about a young child born to a King and Queen. The child is different; cerebral palsy. Next we see a wheel bound teenager who has never been outside the walls of the castle because her parents are afraid that she might be mistreated. http://www.aplacetobeva.org/the-same-sky-project/

Continuing our conversation from yesterday, children can get services if they are at imminent risk of entering foster care and can safely remain at home with parents or with kinship caregivers. This includes children whose adoption or guardianship is at risk of disruption or dissolution. Kinship caregivers or parents of the children can also get services if they are needed to prevent the children’s entry into care.
