My self healing day started in the energy room at The Healing Spa in Brunswick and continued with a mini reading and Reiki session at Awakened Intuition in Gardiner. While I was there I was drawn towards the smoky quartz. Which I purchased and later read in the Energy Almanac that it's one of the stones to help support you through September. Smoky quartz helps with emotional calm and clarity. If you've seen my last post you know this is exactly what I need this month and you will find it in my pocket or bra for the foreseeable future. 🌀💜

Anyone else have an August hangover?
After all the intense astrological energy and eclipses last month, I thought September might bring some relief.
Instead, I’m grumpy, edgy, and can’t seem to get out of my own way.
Maybe we’re still catching up with everything that shifted.

Tonight is the full moon and lunar eclipse. This is the culmination of the last 2 years. I went back over my photos and journals to see how far I've come in that time. I used that to create an affirmation to get me through this powerful energy. How has the last month affected you? How far have you come in the last 2 years?

Sometimes life gets heavy. I have been through some major challenges and changes the last few months and choose to take a step back from the business part of social media to take care of me. Today I am feeling better and decided to show up for all of you. I hope you are all having a fabulous summer. Let me know what has been your high this summer. Mine has been creating spaces in my yard that make me not want to leave. I love my sanctuary.
