DID YOU KNOW?
Sometimes it’s not just that you’re overweight… you’re overstressed.
I know this to be true from my own personal experience.
Chronic stress can affect the way your body responds, from your hormones and appetite to your sleep, energy, metabolism, and even how your body stores fat.
And the truth is, we can’t prevent every stressor that life throws at us. Life is going to LIFE.
But we can change how we respond to stress.
One of the simplest ways to start is through daily movement.
You don’t always need an intense workout. Sometimes a 20–30 minute walk, a quick strength session, stretching, or simply getting your body moving can help you manage stress and build a healthier response to it.
Your goal isn’t just to lose weight.
It’s to create a body and lifestyle that can handle life better.
Because becoming the healthiest version of yourself isn’t just about what you eat or how much you weigh.
It’s about your habits, your patterns, your mindset, and how you care for your whole body.
And sometimes, taking care of your body also means learning when to release what you were never meant to carry alone.
“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you.” Psalm 55:22
You can work on your habits.
You can move your body.
You can nourish yourself well.
And you can still surrender the weight you were never meant to carry.
