I opened up this beautiful card and free mini golf passes today from my dear friend, Paula. 🥰

Paula is the kindest woman you will meet! She founded, and operates, Amanda’s House in Green Bay- one of the few sober living homes for women and children in the State of Wisconsin.

She opened Amanda’s House to honor her daughter, Amanda’s, long held desire for a sober home that allowed children to be a part of the recovery process. Her daughter passed away several years back from an overdose. Paula made it her mission to honor this desire and keep Amanda’s name and heart alive. 🙏

Paula, thank you so much. This brought tears to my eyes. 🥹It means so much coming from you! Thank you for your love, and for supporting these women here, too! 🫶

Looking for volunteer work? A great way to help!

🙌 Your time can make a difference at Fondy Food Pantry!
We’re looking for community members to join our volunteer team and help during our walk-in pantry sessions. Help us provide a welcoming experience and nutritious food for our neighbors!

Volunteer roles include:
🚗 Parking Lot: Help guide vehicles and keep traffic moving.
👋 Greeter: Welcome neighbors and help direct them.
📝 Registration: Help check in neighbors and update their information.
🥕 Produce: Help distribute fresh fruits and vegetables.
🥫 Shelf Stable: Help distribute pantry staples.
🛒 Check Out: Assist neighbors as they finish their visit.
🤝 Floater: Lend a hand wherever help is needed.
