The Gong doesn't require…wifi, an upgrade, newest edition or microphone. All you need to do is lay comfortably and listen/feel with your whole body. What To Expect with Rocky Mountain Gong Journeys LLC :

We begin most sessions with some gentle breath work and a full body energy routine to prepare the mind and body to receive followed by a deep relaxation, fully clothed, lying down or in a seated position. You are then "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of The Gong to enhance deep meditation and healing. A blanket is recommended as you will
Once The Gong finishes, we process and reflect in silence and stillness for 5 minutes. Schedule sessions from 30 min to 3 hours. Release, Receive, Renew
