Consider this my PSA that I’m going to leave these life sucking platforms once and for all. This has been on my heart for a very long time and I’m so glad others are feeling the same way.

Jackie and I just got back from ThePourSaunaFest today and OMG you guyssss…it was AMAZING! I stumbled across an ad for it, told Jackie, and she was instantly like “Let’s go!”. She even bought it for me as my birthday gift! Love you Jackie🍓 😘

Not only do they have multiple different mobile sauna experiences, but you can hop into Horsetooth Reservoir for a cold plunge in between sessions, participate in breathwork, meditation, yoga (we did Buti Yoga with Chelsea Gressman & Sarah Broussard | Buti/Yoga/Barre ), and more!

The aufguss experience with Foundry Saunas was INCREDIBLE!! They had 3 snowballs with essential oils and as they melted on the rocks, Alicia gave us the most amazing fan experience 😍

The people, the vibes, the location, the day…everything was immaculate! There’s only one more day left to try this once a year fest so if you’re free, check them out tomorrow!

You can buy your session on their website for only $69. They will be located at the South Bay side and parking is $10 for a day pass so carpool if you’re going with friends. It’s SO worth it! Feel free to message me if you have any questions about it.

I sacrificed my shower during nap time to cut 80 of these flyers lol. Next up, I’ll be posting them all around town on the community boards and any other spots that help promote small businesses.

If you see our Plants, Pots, and Poses flyers out and about please give us a tag! And if you know of any places who would allow us to leave some, let us know. I have a list I’m putting together for NOCO community boards and will be happy to share it when I’m done ☺️

I’ve finally gained the cajones to share my first YouTube video 🙌🏽 It’s a 30 minute beginner friendly flow that you can practice any time of day from wherever you are 🌎🌍🌏 All you need are a couple blocks/books and a blanket.
