I herniated a disc at 22. The six months after it taught me everything that is broken about healthcare.

"You're just getting older."

That's not a diagnosis. That's a shrug.

Some of what people write off as aging is actually deconditioning: movement patterns that broke down over years, a nervous system that's never fully recovered, a body that's never had the right inputs.

Those things are addressable.

Some members in their 50s at WLF move and feel better than they did at 40. Not a secret protocol, just people who stopped accepting it and got to work.
