Health Insurance. Expensive, elusive and a bit sparse in coverage - happy to announce we can now work with most insurances (coverage can vary of course).
The Breastfeeding Center for Greater Washington is partnering with me to provide local office visits to clients in the Frederick area.
Now accepting insurance, schedule appointments and get support via BCGW at the Frederick Location. We are currently limited to 1-2 days per week but hoping to expand soon. *If you are a healthcare practice and want to offer on site lactation care - contact me to discuss partnership.*

Did you know that I offer consultations through The Breastfeeding Center for Greater Washington? That’s right! In collaboration with The Breastfeeding Center, I am honored to provide telehealth, office visits as well as in person, home visits in Frederick County.

The Breastfeeding Center is THE one-stop-shop for parents and families in the DMV to find lactation assistance, postpartum support, and so much more. The Center offers lactation consultations, baby prep classes, free support groups, as well as all the pumping and nursing supplies you can imagine! On top of that, they offer and accept donor milk through the Human Milk Banking Association, rent out Hospital Grade Breast Pumps and Infant Scales, work with insurance to cover classes and appointments, and provide support services like bra fittings and baby wearing support. The Breastfeeding Center helps with all of your pre and postnatal concerns and more than that empowers families to make decisions that best fit them. I can't name any other place that does it better.
