Participants learn to use Reiki, a spiritually guided life energy, to ease tension, clear away stress and blockages, allowing the body's own innate wisdom to move to a plac
e of health. MDCRT is a professional member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and provides ICRT manuals for each student. Expanding Heart Center was buzzing with energy this weekend as we taught the level ll class and the Master Class. The level ll teachings may encourage you to reach out to others more often with your Reiki practice, but keep in mind, your self practice is the most important so that you can more easily serve others. Congratulations on completing the Master Level Practitioner class. It's always a joy to spend 3 days exploring the rich depths of the Shinpiden (Mystery teachings) level. By this time there has often been lots of experience with energy work and the days are alive with sharing knowledge, experiences and questions. We continue to experience the glimpse of enlightenment, while practicing enlightened action. Practicing Reiki is an enlightened action.
