Last week, Cottonwood Creek had the opportunity to host a book signing event for our psychiatrist, Dr. David Kent, author of Why Me? The Brain on Tilt.

The evening brought together a meaningful mix of staff, community partners, and patients, creating space for conversation, connection, and shared understanding around mental health and the brain’s response to stress, trauma, and illness.

We’re grateful to Dr. Kent for sharing his work and insights, and to everyone who joined us to support thoughtful dialogue and continued learning in behavioral health.
