Meet Patrycja, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Watching kids make progress is what inspires Patrycja most, whether that's a child communicating on their AAC device for the first time or using a coping tool they've worked hard to learn. One of her favorite wins has been watching a client grow into being able to independently ask for hugs, request to play, and express what he needs. Outside of work, she's with her wife, friends and fur babies, camping, at concerts and music festivals, and trying new foods. Give Patrycja some love below!

Meet Alex, one of our Registered Behavior Technicians. Alex is inspired by knowing the work we do truly matters, and that helping children build a strong foundation makes the years ahead a little easier. The biggest win so far? Personal growth. The RBT Alex was on day one is completely different from the RBT Alex is today, with more knowledge, more experience, and a deeper sense of compassion. Meet Madison, one of our Registered Behavior Technicians. Madison loves seeing children be their authentic selves and express joy in their own unique ways, and she's just as inspired by the team around her and the innovative ways they meet each client where they are. After three years at BK, gaining confidence in her skill set has been her biggest win, and something she's incredibly proud of.
