I wanted to let you all know that as entertainers, technology has allowed us to entertain to folks nationwide via Zoom. I have missed playing directly to these wonderful communities but I must say LIVE ZOOM has really opened up a wonderful avenue to entertain and meet new residents all across the U.S. and AZ. Today and yesterday, as I was entertaining, I got a little teary eye'd watching the many residents who were 6 feet apart and masked up clapping their hands and singing along. It touched me and I could tell they too enjoyed it. THANK YOU AD'S for making it happen for some many of our seniors via Zoom! We love you all!
Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community. These new families are looking for a new EVERYTHING! Town Hall contacts these new families each week as soon as they move into their new home. These new families will find new places to eat, work out, wash their car......they need a new Hair Salon, Spa, Auto Repair Shop, Optometrist, Dry Cleaner, Pet Groomer, Day Care Facility, Florist, Nail Salon, Pharmacy......you get the idea. They are actively seeking new local businesses and creating new purchasing patterns. They will become someone's next new local, loyal customer. Town Hall will direct them to you before your competition even knows they are here. Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one business per category, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits. I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail. Please reply to this message with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience. For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to text me on my cell which is listed in my signature. Thanks. Kristy Belley (928) 266-2970 [email protected]

We would love to invite you to come see live jazz in Gilbert, AZ! Jason Palmer on Friday, April 13th at 7:30pm Walter Smith III on Saturday, April 14th at 7:30pm Join us at the 9th Annual Highland/ASU Jazz Festival! We would like to invite you to attend two amazing concerts as part of the Highland/ASU Jazz Festival! We are now in our 9th year of building a reputation of excellence. This year we are privileged to have with us two widely acclaimed performers…jazz trumpeter Jason Palmer and saxophonist Walter Smith III. They will be educating students in master class settings and then performing mind-blowing concerts for the public in the evenings. This event is an annual collaboration of the Arizona State University’s acclaimed jazz program and the award-winning Highland High School Jazz Bands in Gilbert, AZ. We are dedicated to instruct and inspire students, educators and audiences and to enhance the appreciation and importance of jazz music education. High schools and junior high schools from all around the west flock to this three-day event of competition and instruction. Don't miss out on the opportunity to hear great music and support jazz education on a grand scale. Trumpeter Jason Palmer is one of the most sought after musicians of his generation. He has performed with Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra and other internationally acclaimed artists. He has recorded eight albums under his own name and has toured over 30 countries with other artists as well as being a featured guest artists on multiple projects. In addition to an intense performing schedule, Jason Palmer serves as an Assistant Professor of Ensembles and Brass at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and a visiting Assistant Professor at Harvard University. He has given master classes in Portugal, France, the UK, Russia, and Mexico. As an actor, Jason was the leading actor in director Damien Chazelle’s (Whiplash) Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench receiving outstanding reviews around the world. Saxophonist Walter Smith III is widely recognized as a talented performer, composer, and educator. He has performed all over the world participating in international festivals and famed venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center and as a member of several legendary groups including the Terence Blanchard Quintet, Eric Harland's Voyager band, Roy Haynes "Fountain of Youth" band, Jason Moran’s Big Bandwagon, and the Christian McBride Situation band. In addition, he has performed with many jazz notables including Roy Haynes, Eric Reed, Mulgrew Miller, and Joe Lovano. Walter has appeared on over 75 recordings that are released worldwide. He is originally from Houston, Texas and now resides in the Los Angeles, CA area. When he’s not on the road, he utilizes his degrees from Berklee College of Music, Manhattan School of Music, and the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz to enlighten the next generation of Jazz students. Tickets are available online at www.highlandjazz.com at $20 for each performance. Tell your friends…Spread the word by visiting us at highlandjazz.com and liking and sharing on Facebook at “Highland/ASU Jazz Festival” and on Twitter at @HHSASUJazzFest.
