In 2023, I founded Hahn Health to create a practice centered on trust, time, and genuine patient connection. Through in-home primary care in the Lakes Region, and personalized coaching for women seeking freedom from food struggles, I now provide the attentive care I believe everyone deserves. As a resident of the beautiful Lakes Region, alongside my husband and two children, I understand the importance of a balanced, thriving lifestyle.
