Here are my most recommended supplements: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/thrivewyo Functional medicine uses a personalized approach to determine how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root causes of your disease. By addressing root cause, rather than symptoms, practitioners become oriented to identifying the complexity of disease. We may find one condition has many different causes and, likewise, one cause may result in many different conditions. As a result, functional medicine treatment targets the specific manifestations of disease in each individual. We see patients as people, not cases, and will help you design a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle.

The value of a great resource is not that it contains everything.

It is that it helps you find what matters next.

The Thrive Learning Library is organized around the moments clients actually move through: getting started, building everyday routines, navigating a rough week, and thinking ahead toward long-term maintenance.

Instead of digging through old messages or trying to piece together random advice online, clients have a private place to return to for practical guidance that supports the work we are doing together.

This is part of what makes the Thrive program different. It is not just a consult. It is an organized support system for real life.

The questions do not end after the first few weeks.

Real life still includes travel, restaurants, holidays, changing routines, strength goals, cravings, busy seasons, and the occasional need to reset.

That is why the Thrive Learning Library includes long-term resources from the beginning. Clients have support for maintenance planning, real-life eating, strength and routine building, hunger and cravings, and gentle resets when things drift.

This matters because weight loss is not just about getting started. It is about learning how to keep caring for yourself as life changes.

Long-term thinking is part of what makes the Thrive program different.

Questions do not only show up during appointments.

They show up on a busy Tuesday, during travel, after a meal that did not go as planned, or when your routine feels different than it did last week.

That is one of the reasons I created the Thrive Learning Library. It is available to all current and past weight loss clients as a private place to revisit practical education, food guidance, routine support, and long-term resources when real life happens.

The Library does not replace access to me. Every client also has direct messaging support with me for personal questions, clinical concerns, and individualized guidance.

The difference is that you are not left waiting for your next check-in—or searching through old messages—when you need practical support. You have direct access to me, plus a thoughtful library of resources you can return to whenever you need them.

In my clinic, I never hand you a prescription and leave you guessing. My goal is to provide clear next steps, ongoing support, and tools that help you build habits that fit your real life.

Food support should be practical enough to use on a Wednesday night.

I do not want my clients trying to force one rigid meal plan into every schedule, appetite, season, or family situation.

The Thrive Learning Library includes whole-food meal ideas, flexible planning tools, and real-life guidance for restaurants, travel, celebrations, and busy weeks.

Some clients want more structure. Some need the next meal to feel easier. Some need help getting back into a rhythm after life gets full.

The goal is not to perform a perfect diet. The goal is to build a way of eating that supports your real life.

You do not have to make a big decision before you understand your options.

A virtual consultation is a place to talk through your health history, goals, questions, and what kind of support may be appropriate for you.

At Thrive, that visit is with me—a Wyoming PA who stays involved in your care. Clients who join the program have direct messaging access to me and a private Learning Library with practical resources for food, routines, travel, slower stretches, maintenance, and real life.

This is not a faceless weight loss platform. It is a more personal, more thoughtful approach to care.

If the program is not a fit—or you decide not to enroll—your consultation is refunded.

A weight loss plan has to work outside of a perfect week.

Real life includes travel, restaurants, holidays, busy workdays, low-energy afternoons, family schedules, and weeks that do not go exactly as planned.

That is why the Thrive Learning Library includes practical support for the situations that often make people feel like they have to start over.

Clients have resources for food choices, routines, travel, celebrations, movement, and getting back to normal after life gets full.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is learning how to keep taking care of yourself in the middle of real life.

It was never just a dress.

It was the dress you loved wearing to dinner. The one you bought for a vacation. The one that made you feel beautiful, confident, and excited to get ready.

A lot of people save clothes like that in the back of the closet for “someday.” Not because the clothes stopped mattering—but because they are holding onto the hope of feeling good in them again.

That is a real reason to want to lose weight.

Not because a dress determines your worth. But because feeling comfortable in your clothes can change how you show up for a date night, a trip, an event, a photo, or an ordinary day when you just want to feel like yourself.

At Thrive, I provide clinician-guided weight loss care with direct access to me, practical support between appointments, and a private Learning Library to help clients build habits that support the changes they are working toward.

If you are ready to explore whether this program is a fit, book a virtual consultation. If you decide not to enroll—or the program is not appropriate for you—your consultation fee is refunded.

Wyoming residents only.

The first month matters—but it is not the whole story.

Real support also has to account for the weeks when routines become less new, life gets busy, progress feels different, and long-term habits matter more than a perfect start.

The Thrive Learning Library is available to all current and past weight loss clients. It will provide additional resources for the first month, the first 90 days, and ALSO the longer-term work of routines, reflection, maintenance, travel, and real life.

The goal is not a quick fix. It is an intentional change to your habits, lifestyle and relationship with food.

Introducing the Thrive Learning Library!

The Learning Library is a new resource hub created to make the Thrive experience clearer, more supported, and easier to navigate between check-ins.

Every Thrive client receives access to practical, clinician-created guides such as What to Expect, a First Month Timeline, Lifestyle Tips, and clear guidance on when to contact your provider.

Thoughtful care is about more than a single conversation. It is having reliable information, clear next steps, and support that can be revisited when questions come up.

The Thrive Learning Library is included for every Thrive client.

For years, I sat across from patients in the conventional medical system, looked at their lab results, and told them the exact same thing:

"Everything looks normal."

But they didn't feel normal. They were exhausted, their hair was thinning, they couldn't lose weight, and their digestion was a mess. And the hardest part to admit? I didn't know what to do for them. The conventional system trained me to match a disease to a pill. If the labs didn't show a disease yet, I had nothing to offer.

Then, I became the patient.

When I got sick, I was suddenly on the other side of the desk. I experienced firsthand what it feels like to know something is deeply wrong with your body, only to be told your labs are "fine" or handed a prescription that only masks the symptoms while causing a dozen new side effects.

That experience broke my trust in the system I was working in—but it also woke me up.

It forced me to look outside the conventional box. I dove into functional medicine, root-cause healing, and the actual science of how the body works as an interconnected system. I learned how to read labs for optimal function, not just "normal" ranges. I learned how to heal the gut, balance cortisol, and support the thyroid naturally.

It changed my entire view on healthcare, and it completely changed the kind of care I wanted to provide.

I realized I couldn't go back to just managing symptoms. I wanted to help people actually heal.

That's why I built Strategic Health Guides. I wanted to create the exact resource I wish I had when I was the patient—a place where you can get real, clinician-backed protocols to address the root cause of your symptoms, paired with an AI coach to help you actually execute the plan every single day.

If you've been told your labs are normal but you still feel terrible, I want you to know two things: You are not crazy, and you are not out of options.

You can see what I've built here: www.strategichealthguides.com
