If you missed today's session, we did a circuit & some abs! I will have another variation of this on Wednesday. If you would like to come tomorrow, I plan to do some HIIT cardio & upper body/full body strengthening Exercises! It's gonna be fun!

As of right now, here is the bootcamp information. I may be adding more days & times as well!

Tentative start date May 2nd (depending on everyone's availability)
Gilmer field
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:00 am

Packages will be as follows:
One session $15
Weekly pass $40
Monthly package $100

We will set make-up days if weather is an issue
