One Heart Wellness My name is Ashley, and as both an LVT and reiki master, I am trained in traditional medicine and in holistic, energetic animal wellness.

I'm passionate about bridging western and eastern medicine to bring healing to as many animals and humans as possible. One Heart Wellness was created with the purpose of bringing reiki energy therapy to both animal and human members of the household. Bringing energy work to both human and animal members of the family helps to strengthen the heart bond between them, fostering a deeper connection and mutual understanding. By engaging in reiki sessions, individuals and their pets can experience a calming and healing energy that promotes emotional balance, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. This holistic approach acknowledges the importance of nurturing every member of the household, recognizing that the energy flow and emotional states of humans and animals are interconnected. As a result, One Heart Wellness aims to create a harmonious environment where love and healing energy flow freely, benefiting every heart within the home.
