You can hit your protein goal every day… and still be missing something BIG. 👀

Protein matters. But it’s not the whole story.

Take this “healthy” day:

🥤 Protein smoothie
🥗 Grilled chicken salad
🍜 Beef stir-fry

Plenty of protein.
But potentially only ~13g of fiber for the entire day.

For women, the general goal is 25–30+ grams/day.

And here’s where I want you to think beyond protein:

What if the foods you’re adding could do more than one job?

🌿 Leafy greens → fiber + brain-supportive nutrients
🫐 Berries → fiber + polyphenols
🥜 Nuts & seeds → fiber + healthy fats
🫘 Beans & legumes → fiber + plant nutrients
🌈 Colorful plant foods → fiber + a variety of polyphenols

These foods can help nourish your gut microbiome, support production of beneficial short-chain fatty acids, AND provide nutrients and plant compounds that are important for brain health.

That’s the kind of nutrition I love:

One simple addition → multiple benefits.

You don’t have to eat perfectly or add a million things to your diet.

Just start asking:

“How can I make this meal work a little harder for my health?” 🧠🌿

Swipe through to see how I’d upgrade these meals without making them complicated. →

Eating “healthy” but still feel exhausted, foggy, or inflamed? 👀

You might not need more protein.
You might need to look at the whole picture.

Because you can hit your protein goals every day and still be missing something your brain and gut need: fiber + plant diversity.

If your meals are mostly protein shakes, chicken, salads, protein bars, cheese sticks, and meat, you may be eating “healthy” while still falling short on fiber.

And that matters.

Fiber feeds the bacteria in your gut, which produce compounds that can influence inflammation, gut health, mood, and brain function.

But fiber isn't the only piece.

Your sleep, stress, blood sugar, iron, micronutrients, and overall eating pattern can all impact how you feel and function.

So if you're a high-achieving woman doing “all the right things” but still experiencing:

✨ Brain fog
✨ Low energy
✨ Difficulty focusing
✨ Mental fatigue
✨ Feeling inflamed

…it may be time to stop asking, “Am I eating healthy?”

And start asking:

“Is the way I’m eating actually fueling my brain?”

🎧 I dive into this on the latest episode of the Wellness That Fits Podcast.

I’m opening a small FOUNDERS group for the Brain Health & Energy Protocol. 🧠

This is for the ambitious woman who is still getting things done, but is tired of sacrificing her health in the name of success.

Are you starting to wonder:
🧠Why can’t I think as clearly as I used to?
🥱Why am I exhausted when I’m doing everything “right”?
🫩Why does everything feel harder than it should?
⚡️How do I have energy left in the tank for what matters most without adding another thing to my already-full plate?

The program is really about helping women restore their energy and mental capacity without sacrificing their health, relationships, or themselves in the process.

If you’re experiencing:

→ Brain fog or mental fatigue
→ Inconsistent or low energy
→ Difficulty focusing
→ Decision fatigue
→ Mood changes
→ Digestive issues
→ Feeling overwhelmed and exhausted

…and you’re ready to take a more strategic, evidence-based approach to your brain and energy, I’d love to have you in the founding group.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll focus on energizing, restoring, reducing physiological load, and creating sustainable habits, with personalized nutrition coaching and support.

You don’t need more on your plate, you need small targeted goals that actually move the needle and built for your real life.

I’m keeping this first group small so I can work closely with you and refine the program based on your experience.

Let’s Protect the Brain Behind Your Success.

What has success cost you?

You’ve worked hard to build a successful life, but sometimes… it doesn’t feel like it.

Your energy is tanked. Mood is unstable. Patience is thin. You never feel like you are present.

You wonder why you can’t seem to enjoy the season you’re in.

So you push harder. But everything becomes exhausting.

I’m here to tell you that you don’t need more to add to your to do list. You need someone to tell you what to prioritize and what you don’t need to worry about.

As a brain health dietitian, I help you create sustainable habits so you can:
🧠think clearly
⚡️reduce mental fatigue
🙌have energy left over for what matters most
