A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined this Sound Journey. 🤍

Thank you to this beautiful space for holding us, and to every person who showed up with an open heart and a willingness to simply be.

There is something special about this time of year. As the Sun moves through Leo, we’re invited to reconnect with our inner light, our creativity, and the courage to show up as we truly are. Sharing this space together felt like a beautiful reminder of that.

Grateful to witness these moments of presence, connection, and stillness. Until next time. ✨

There are moments when you feel off…
Disconnected, tired, reactive, distant from your essence.
That’s not who you are — that’s the echo of a frequency that no longer serves you.

✨ Sound is a portal.
It doesn’t just relax you — it re-tunes you.
It speaks to your cells, your nervous system, your energy body.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of invisible noise,
it’s time to come back to your center.

🌀 Sound is the remembering.
Come feel it — not with your mind, but with your whole being.
Manawa holds the space. You bring the willingness.

🌕 What is the Wesak Moon?

The Wesak Moon is one of the most powerful full moons of the year, celebrated during the Full Moon in Ta**us. It is a sacred time in many spiritual traditions, especially in Buddhism and other ancient wisdom lineages.

It is said that during Wesak, the Buddha spiritually descends to Earth, accompanied by the Christ and other great masters, to bless humanity with light, compassion, and guidance.
This is a high-vibrational energetic portal — an ideal time to meditate, heal, give thanks, and plant deep intentions for peace and transformation.
🔔 Global Gong Event – and you can be part of it

This year, in harmony with the Wesak Full Moon, a global event of rare magnitude will take place:
✦ Over 400 gongs will sound simultaneously
🌍 In more than 35 countries, united by one intention:
to raise the frequency of the planet through sacred sound.

✧ We at MANAWA are honored to be part of this global healing network
— and you are warmly invited to join this vibrational movement.

We welcome you to a very special ceremony:
📍 HeartSpace_NorthShore – O‘ahu
🗓 Monday, May 12th
🕕 6:00 PM

A gathering to plant peace, love, and gratitude beneath the most powerful moon of the year.
