We are deeply humbled by Jeffrey's induction into the Animal Heroes Hall Of Fame.

It's an incredible honor to be included beside so many extraordinary animals, EthanAlmighty , Jake, Bubbles, Patrick, Takata, Pockets Warhol, and so many others.

This video was very difficult for me to film.
As most of you know, I hate being on camera, I struggled to be articulate and had to makes a several attempts which added to my anxiety.
I finally made a decent one only to realize that Kevin and Levi were wrestling loud enough to hear in the background. 🤦‍♀️
I separated them and tried a few more times.
It was late and I was emotionally drained, so I figured this would do.
I submitted it and then watched it again a little more carefully.
Jeffrey's sense of humor shined down from heaven...Levi's funny face is reflected in the glass of Jeffrey's picture.
He's just staring at me.
😂😂😂
Jeffrey, I will miss you forever, but little things like this remind me that you are still beside me all the time.

Thank you to our wonderful Big Family for keeping Jeffrey's memory alive.

I'm still struggling to navigate life without him but seeing how many of you understand the depth of my grief, brings me comfort.
I love you all ❤️🐾🐾

Each year, my mama and I would drive into Manhattan to celebrate my friend Stevie Nicks' birthday.
Stevie and I are both in Heaven now, but
Levi did a great job in my absence.

Mama and Auntie Amy Calmann are still grieving so deeply.
Billie Holiday and Levi are here to hold space and help them find their joy again.

There was so much love at this party.
We had to send them a little sign to let them know we are watching over.
I sent a white dove to get their attention.
Okay, it was probably a white pigeon but you get the sentiment 😉

I sent Levi to my Mama, to help heal her heart, and to help Kevin be more confident.
He was a great choice ❤️🐾🐾

October is Pit Bull Awareness/Celebration Month!

Jeffrey and I spent all of our years together advocating by example.
We wanted to show the world that all dogs are individuals.

Jeffrey had a magical way of helping people feel at ease, even the most skeptical ones.
He treated everyone as an individual.
He oozed kindness and calm.
He was highly trained and always well behaved.
He set a beautiful example of a simply peaceful dog.

We have so many advocacy heroes, Jodi Preis of Bless The Bullys, Leah Brewer with Elle the Pit Bull , Deirdre Franklin of Pinups for Pitbulls, Chris Christopher Hannah and Cole the Deaf Dog- The Team Cole Project , Kaylee Greer and Sam Haddix of Dog Breath Photography, Clara Yori and Roo Yori, Rebecca Corry of Stand Up for Pits, Emily Clare and Sydney and soooooo many others.

Good morning, Big Family.
I'm checking in from the bridge.

I miss all of you.
Heaven is beautiful and many of my friends are here with me.
I miss my Mama. She's missing me desperately.
