📣📣‼️‼️CURRENT PATIENTS‼️‼️: friendly reminder your provider will be out of office from 6/2-6/12. Those of you that have medication reorders due within that timeframe have been contacted via text. Please be sure to follow up prior to 6/1 and/or pay outstanding invoices so we can get your orders placed and avoid medication delays. Thank you to our wonderful patients 💕

📣📣‼️‼️CURRENT PATIENTS‼️‼️: Our provider will be out of office from 6/2-6/12 for a much needed vacation. We will be unable to place reorders during that timeframe. We will reach out to any patients that will be due for a follow up during this timeframe per our tracker, in order to get meds ordered the week prior (last week of may). Sometimes people are a few weeks off track for various reasons, please check your medication and if week 3 of your medication will fall during the 6/2-6/12 timeframe, schedule a follow up prior to, so we can get you taken care of in advance! Thank you again to our fabulous patients! Joanna will be back in office 6/13 feeling refreshed and ready to keep assisting you all in your wellness and weight loss journeys 💕

Referral discounts will be applied for any new patient you send our way that starts their weight management journey with TeleWell NP. Please have them mention you during their consult and a $20 referral discount will be deducted from your next invoice as a THANK YOU!
