You restart your phone every time it glitches.
When's the last time you restarted your gut? 🔄
Battery dies by 3 PM.
Storage full. Bloated and backed up.
Running hot. Puffy, achy, inflamed.
Lagging. Brain fog that won't load.
Too many apps open. Wired, stressed, can't shut down at night.
Your phone isn't broken when it does this.
Neither are you.
You're overdue for a restart.
That's what I'm shopping for today 🛒
The herBiome 10 Day RESET:

Morning sun before my phone. Here's what changed 👇
1. My digestion got more regular.
Your gut runs on a clock, and morning light is what sets it.
2. My mornings felt calmer.
Light, fresh air and slow steps tell your nervous system you're safe.
3. Better energy, fewer crashes.
Morning light helps your cortisol peak when it should, early, instead of dragging all day.
4. I sleep deeper.
Light in the morning helps your body release melatonin on time at night.
5. Less bloating after breakfast.
A short walk after eating helps move things along and steadies blood sugar.
6. More quiet time with my family before the day takes over.
No supplement. No subscription. Just 10 minutes outside.

Your gut has a job most women never hear about 👇
It helps your body get rid of estrogen it's done using.
A group of gut bacteria called the estrobolome decides what happens next.
Balanced gut? Used estrogen leaves your body.
Out of balance? More of it gets recycled back into circulation.
That can look like heavy or painful periods.
PMS that hits harder every month.
Bloating, breast tenderness and mood swings.
Supporting your gut with fiber, regular digestion and the right nutrients helps it do this job well.
When your gut is cared for, your hormones feel it too.

The $3 root most women walk right past 🫜
Bloated by the afternoon?
Dragging by 3 PM?
Feeling puffy and inflamed?
Your gut might be asking for this one.
Beets bring fiber that feeds your good gut bacteria.
Nitrates that boost blood flow and stamina.
And a deep pink pigment that helps calm inflammation.
Roast them, grate them raw, blend them or sauté the leaves.
Start small. Half a cup is plenty.
Swipe to dig it up 👉

Vacation constipation is real, and it's not just the airport food 👇

Your gut runs on a clock. New time zone, new wake-up time, new meal times: your gut loses its rhythm before you've unpacked.
Flying dries you out. Cabin air is dry and most of us drink less on travel days. Less water means slower, harder-to-pass stool.
You're holding it. Long lines, plane bathrooms, shared hotel rooms. Every time you ignore the urge, your body gets quieter about asking.
What helps: drink water before coffee, take a 10-minute walk after you land, eat the local fruit (papaya is your friend), and keep your morning routine as close to normal as you can.

Be honest: how many days does it take you? 👇

Most of the time it's your blood sugar 👇

When lunch is mostly carbs, or it's your first real meal of the day, your blood sugar shoots up and then drops. The drop is the crash: heavy eyes, brain fog and a craving for something sweet.

Three things that help:

Eat protein and fiber first, then the carbs.

Don't run on coffee until noon. Eat a real breakfast.

Walk for 10 minutes after lunch. It helps your body use the sugar instead of crashing from it.
What time does your crash hit? 👇

None of these feel like a big deal. Together, they keep a lot of women stuck 👇

Coffee instead of breakfast. Caffeine on an empty stomach can leave you jittery, then crashing and craving sugar by mid-morning.
Eating in a rush. Your gut digests best when you're calm. Rushed meals mean more air swallowed, less chewing and more bloating.
Snacking all day. Your gut does its cleanup between meals. Constant grazing never gives it the break.
Calling bloating "normal."

Common isn't the same as normal. It's your body asking for something different.

Which one are you still holding onto? 👇

If you leave every restaurant feeling six months pregnant, the menu usually isn't the problem. These four are 👇

You're eating stressed. Your gut digests best when you're calm. If you sit down rushed and wound up, digestion slows before the first bite.

You're eating fast. Talking, laughing and barely chewing means swallowed air and bigger pieces for your gut to break down.
The drinks. Bubbles add gas, and alcohol irritates the gut lining.
Your cycle. The week before your period, progesterone slows your gut down, so the same meal sits heavier.

Next time, try this: three slow breaths before you eat, still water first, and put your fork down between bites.

Which number is you? 👇

Juice from a pickup truck on the side of the road is one of my favorite things about being here 🍍🥭
But the vendors here (and many juice bars back home) often add sugar and strain out the pulp.
So you’re left with fruit sugar and no fiber, which is a recipe for a crash.
Asking for it “sin azúcar, sin colar” keeps the fiber in, and your blood sugar and your gut will thank you.

My gut and hormones were asking for help. I just didn’t know how to listen yet.
That was me before I became a Certified Gut Health & PCOS Specialist.
Now I help women connect the dots I couldn’t.
