Pre & Postnatal Class

This Saturday is the LAST DAY to register for the Pre & Postnatal Fitness class happening in Herndon, VA every SUNDAY at 12:30pm. If you're in the DMV area and have been thinking about getting back into fitness postpartum (whether that's 6 months or 6 years down the road), then this is the class for you! This class is also open to all my lovely pregnant mommas.

We will be going over how to move in a safe and structured way, how to use movement to improve strength and decrease aches and pains, how to exercise while considering diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction, and how to build a strong foundation to get back into more intense exercise down the road.

There are 2 SPOTS LEFT. THE TIME IS NOW. (I'm cheesy, I know😉) Don't put off your fitness goals any longer-- LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER!

Why Can't I Put the Cookie Down

Very interesting article...

Basically...the standard American diet may cause cognitive changes that make it difficult to control food impulses.

There is still SO much we don't know about weight loss.

Clinicians, personal trainers, dieticians, and other medical professionals should be sure to approach clients with compassion and patience when teaching them the skill sets necessary to live a healthy life.
