This Saturday is the LAST DAY to register for the Pre & Postnatal Fitness class happening in Herndon, VA every SUNDAY at 12:30pm. If you're in the DMV area and have been thinking about getting back into fitness postpartum (whether that's 6 months or 6 years down the road), then this is the class for you! This class is also open to all my lovely pregnant mommas.
We will be going over how to move in a safe and structured way, how to use movement to improve strength and decrease aches and pains, how to exercise while considering diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction, and how to build a strong foundation to get back into more intense exercise down the road.
