Taking time to care for ourselves is one of the most important and profound practices that we can engage with. This is what we need to skillfully navigate life in modern society and especially the wild rush of the holidays. Learning to prioritize resourcing ourselves with love and compassion creates the conditions to offer these virtues back out to our families, communities and to our greater family of earth things. Ooooooh I’m so excited to be offering this Self-LOVE workshop with one of my very best friends @loveyourbodyworks Ashley Campbell 💚 She is so wise in her knowledge of the body and deeply passionate about self-touch. I will lead a grounding asana practice that is open to ALL. We will savor the process of giving ourselves herbal facials with a few of my products and enjoy herbal tea and connection to our @belovedyogasanctuary community. Ashley will teach us valuable self massage techniques that can be engaged with in a luxurious self-massage session or called upon to soothe stress in traffic or in little moments where coming home to ourselves will serve us the most. We will practice restorative yoga and pranayama and close our time together with a 30 minute guided body scan relaxation. These 3 hours will be a mini-retreat into our loving presence during the holiday craze and it will offer us tools to take forward as needed.
