Workout Wednesdays
Try this one out and feel your legs burn. Do 2 sets of 20 reps, rest a few seconds in between sets. Be in a plank position to start then straighten out your back. This is a beginner move, will post advanced move with weights next. This can be done so many other ways and is a great transition to a full leg workout.

Hope everyone is moving along nicely today. Remember to bring your heart rate up at least once today and do some activity that leaves you out of breath. Activate your metabolism to burn fat and tone up. Here is a short clip of a tricep dip, which can be done anywhere. Use your couch, bench or stool. Do a few sets of 12-15.
