This 60-minute session will include body weight exercises, bands, and light weights to help improve your strength, flexibility, and balance.
EZ Flow Yoga
Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of yoga with my inclusive class designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
Discover the joy of effortless movements, gentle postures, and a tranquil flow that accommodates practitioners of all levels. In this session, I emphasize holding each pose for 3-5 breaths, fostering a deep connection between body and mind.
This practice not only builds strength, flexibility, and balance but also provides a space for self-awareness and mindfulness.
