Exciting news! I will be offering 2 new weekly classes starting in Feb of this year 2024!

Core & Conditioning Tues 12-1PM EST (live online only)
and EZ Flow Yoga Thur. 7-8PM EST (in person or online).

Descriptions of sessions:

Core & Strength
This 60-minute session will include body weight exercises, bands, and light weights to help improve your strength, flexibility, and balance.

EZ Flow Yoga
Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of yoga with my inclusive class designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Discover the joy of effortless movements, gentle postures, and a tranquil flow that accommodates practitioners of all levels. In this session, I emphasize holding each pose for 3-5 breaths, fostering a deep connection between body and mind.

This practice not only builds strength, flexibility, and balance but also provides a space for self-awareness and mindfulness.

I left it here on my nightstand with the intention to begin January 1, 2024 to write things I am grateful for at the end of the day before I lie in bed to rest .

The practice of gratitude creates an openness for receivership.

We must be grateful for all the things, no matter how little or big, in order to be courageous enough to open our hearts to receive.

We tend to focus on all the things that did not go right, and forget how many things actually did go well.

Giving gratitude will open ourselves up to accept and receive new possibilities, opportunities, and experiences.

Many chuckle when I don’t pick up after 9:30 PM, but good sleep hygiene is my secret weapon.

Thanks to Ayurveda & Yoga coaching with in 2022, I’ve revamped one of my habits—early to bed, early to rise to be one of them.

Following Earth’s circadian rhythm has transformed my life, from weight management to mental well-being.

Did you know how you choose to start your day can set your mood and tone for the rest of the day?
This is a typical morning for me. I teach & practice yoga & strength as a teacher and student daily.
What do you do?
Starting with something that brings you joy and feels good in your body will lead to a positive day and outcome.
Start Positive = Positive Outcome
Starting your day with things that drain or are negative for you in body and mind will only lead to a depleting feeling throughout the day.
Start Negative = Negative Outcome
Your final outcome is your choice. Which do you choose?

"Showing up for yourself" means actively and consistently taking care of your own well-being, needs, and aspirations.

It involves making a conscious effort to prioritize yourself and your growth, even when faced with challenges or distractions.

This concept encompasses various aspects of self-care, self-compassion, and personal development, and it is about being present and committed to your own journey of growth and fulfillment.

Showing up for yourself and not giving up on yourself are interconnected concepts that involve self-careself-compassionperseveranceand lastly a commitment to personal growth and well-being.

By embracing these principles, you can create a more fulfilling and resilient life journey.

This episode is what I went through on my personal journey to create space, movement and nourishment for my body.

Many of us have heard the phrase "movement is medicine."
How can that be if we feel stiff, sore and mentally not in the mood to even move?

Remember that stagnation creates "dis-ease" in the body and mind.

Just a little bit of movement even on your physically and mental off days can help you heal better and faster!
