Project Forward Project FORWARD offers FREE relationship & communication skill-building workshop w/optional services

Project FORWARD offers FREE relationship and communication skill-building workshops, along with optional parenting training, support services, and economic and employment assistance.

Our healthy relationship and communication workshops provides:

• a greater understanding of yourself,
• individual values,
• education on healthy and unhealthy relationships, including intimate partner violence,
• communication skills, including understanding self-regulation,
• social media and technology’s impact on relationships, and
• unplanned pregnancy and safe s*x practices. Along with these workshops, each participant receives individualized coaching to support their goals and link to support services, along with financial wellness education and optional economic and employment stability services. Criteria for Project FORWARD:

• 18 years and older
• Residency in Nassau or Suffolk County.
• No insurance is needed
• Virtual and In-person options
• Transportation and childcare assistance available
• Potential to earn up to $125 per person incentive
