Sound Healing Hawaii Discover yourself the natural healing powers of sound delivered by certified practitioners

Sound Healing Hawaii believes in the trusted techniques of Reiki, sound bath, chakra balancing, and other methods of natural healing. We believe that pain and negativity do not create a well-balanced life, and weโ€™re devoted to sharing our methods of change. We invite you to listen to ocean waves layered with songbirds and to harmonize together as a group with the chiming sound of crystal singing bowls. You will feel a gentle breeze over your entire body and sense the fresh beginnings of a new meditative peace delivered via our Universe. With this new connection to Earth, we hope youโ€™ll continue your healing journey through sound at regularly occurring community events. On Fridays, at Ala Moana Beach Park, youโ€™re invited to a free community sound bath. Explore natureโ€™s call to self-restoration by experiencing Sound Healing Hawaii.

Forest + Sound Bathing's first outing this past weekend was sold out and the harmonizing of these two related practices was golden! Based on our participants' responses ("exceeded expectations" they said) and the hospitality of Kahaluu Gallery and Gardens, we're planning a reprise next month. Please follow us or check our websites for more details coming soon. Mahalo nui for your support!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and our Forest + Sound Bathing participants said YES to REST. The natural surroundings supported us and elevated what we knew would be a happy marriage of forest therapy and sound healing to something even more beautiful. Kaori and I celebrated our successful first outing together at Waihole Poi Factory and will be making a big announcement tomorrow. Please check back and follow us, too!

You already carry the worldโ€™s most advanced defense system within yourself: NK cells ๐Ÿงฌ

But under the weight of daily stress, this inner superpower often remains underutilizedโ€”present, but not performing at its full potential. This isnโ€™t something we can simply switch on or off with our will๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

It sounds like magic, but itโ€™s pure biology. In 2.5 hours, the forest air naturally awakens this latent strength, allowing your system to function at its peak. Science shows this immersion boosts your NK cell activity by 50%.

You wonโ€™t just be walking. Youโ€™ll be immersed in Sound Healing within the sanctuary โœจ

This intentional sound deepens the shift, carrying the forestโ€™s healing frequency straight into your cells๐Ÿ™Œ

You are in the hands of two certified professionalsโ€”Phyllis and Kaori are both trained experts guiding you through this deep transformation๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

That โ€œPower-Upโ€ doesnโ€™t disappear when you leave the garden. The medical data shows this immune-strengthening effect stays in your system for the next 30 days ๐Ÿ”ฅ
