It is such an honor to be called in to support a fellow midwife and collaborate on a family's birth team! We worked hard together for this growing family, and there is nothing quite like the incredible camaraderie found in community midwifery.

​I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me. Being invited into a family’s sacred space and birth experience is a privilege I never take for granted. It is a true gift to walk alongside parents and play an important role in welcoming their little one safely into the world.

She's here!

​A lightning-fast, beautifully intense, and occasionally heart-pounding homebirth brought this precious baby girl into the world. It had its moments of challenge, but the journey ended in pure joy.

​Her two big brothers are still fast asleep. They went to bed with a baby in mom's belly and are about to wake up to a brand-new sister!

​Deeply grateful to these wonderful parents for trusting me to guide their care through every twist and turn. My heart is so full—one very happy midwife today! 💚

The House Was Quiet, But the Arrival Was Pure Magic! 💙

Welcomed my 525th baby into the world, and what an absolute dream of a journey it was! I've attended 815 births total but this catch was special.

This mama set her sights on a homebirth, and let me tell you, she worked so incredibly hard for this. Navigating the preparations, holding her space, and trusting her body every step of the way. She earned every single bit of this empowering, peaceful water birth in the comfort of her own home.

After three wonderful boys, her sweet intuition (and everyone else's guesses!) had them thinking another brother was joining the crew, but there was still plenty of room for surprise. As he floated up into the warm water, the room erupted into pure joy: Boy number four! 💙

Holding space for 525 babies is an honor I will never, ever take for granted. But sharing this sacred, powerful moment with a mother who fought for the birth experience she deserved? That is what this calling is all about.

A milestone moment for birth choice in Massachusetts!

I am beyond humbled, honored, and excited to share that I have officially become one of the first two Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) to be licensed in the state of Massachusetts!

For so long, families across the Commonwealth have advocated for expanded access to safe, compassionate, and fully integrated out-of-hospital birth care. To see CPM licensure finally become a reality in Massachusetts is a monumental victory for reproductive autonomy, physiological birth, and the families we serve every single day.
To the families who have trusted me with their births, the community who fought tirelessly for midwifery legislation, and my fellow midwives who paved the way—thank you. Your dedication made this day possible.

I am thrilled to step into this new era of practice, continuing to support families across southern New Hampshire and now officially expanding fully credentialed care deeper into Massachusetts.

Here’s to honoring birth, trusting bodies, and opening doors for the future of community midwifery. 💚

There is nothing quite like witnessing a mother fully step into her power.

​This morning, I had the absolute honor of attending a breathtaking home water birth, welcoming a gorgeous baby girl into the world. Watching this mama navigate her waves with such calm, intentional control—trusting her body and her breath every step of the way—was nothing short of awe-inspiring.

​And get this… this incredible power-house birthed a 10lb 13oz sweet girl!

​This was my fourth time supporting this amazing family on their birth journey, making an already joyous labor even deeper and sweeter. My heart is completely full today.
