Each class is designed to improve and challenge your fitness through strength and conditioning based workouts. Small Group Fitness Schedule:

Monday- 8am
4, 5, & 6pm

Tuesday- 4, 5, & 6pm

Wednesday- 8am

Want something more personalized? We offer personal training programs that fit your individual needs to reach your goals and one on one training sessions set up by appointment.

Need a personal trainer but don't have access to one or don't want to pay a ridiculous fee at your gym? We offer online training with programs custom made for you to reach your goals.

New members or current who refer a friend (who sign up for a membership) will receive 50% off their membership. If anyone has any questions please feel free to call or message us on here!
