If you’ve been eating less and still not seeing results, this is for you.

You’ve been told fat loss is about cutting food.
So you skip meals, avoid carbs, and ignore hunger.
Maybe it works for a few days. Then the cravings hit, your energy crashes, and your progress disappears.

You don’t have a discipline problem- you have a fuel problem.
Your body doesn’t want perfection. It wants nourishment.
When you eat too little, your metabolism slows, your recovery tanks, and your willpower fades.
The fix? Eat better, NOT less.

Here’s what that actually looks like:

– Eat 25–30g of protein per meal (that’s a palm and a half of chicken, fish, or eggs)
– Add one colorful food to your plate every time you eat(hint: beige isn’t a color)
– Eat your carbs around your workouts or your most active part of the day

Stop thinking food is the enemy.
It’s the reason your body has the energy to train, recover, and burn fat.
You’ll know you’re doing it right when you stop feeling starved and start feeling steady.
This isn’t about restriction. It’s about building meals you can repeat for life.

And if you’re looking for a bit of help or ready to take your nutrition to the next level- I’m launching my fall training arc for 5 busy millennials who want to stay fit, feel stronger, and have more energy throughout the holidays.

Send me a message or leave me a note here if that sounds like you and I’ll be happy to see how I can help!

Don’t believe the hype of fantastical results every 3.47 seconds.

Yes, we can be motivated and yes it’s great that we live in a world where everyone can share their progress. But with the streets being so saturated, it can be difficult to know who you can trust.

If I were you, I’d make sure I’m getting knowledge from someone who studies anatomy, nutrition, and movement. This means they can assess and determine what can work for your body and not just what works specifically for them in a particular scenario.

This is why I became a coach and why I’m committed to helping people be the best versions of themselves by feeling stronger, living better, and having more energy.

And if those are things you’re struggling with, let’s have a conversation to see if I can help!

Strong isn’t a body type. It’s a feeling.

It’s the quiet confidence that builds when you start keeping promises to yourself.
It’s realizing your body isn’t something to fix, it’s something to support.
Most people start their fitness journey trying to look different. That’s fine.
But the people who stay consistent are the ones who start to feel different.
They sleep better.
They think clearer.
They perform better.
But most importantly: they carry themselves differently.
Here’s the shift that changes everything: stop training to look strong and start training to be
strong.

That means:
– Track your progress by what you can do, not what you weigh
– Focus on how your body feels in workouts, not how it looks in photos
– Fuel for energy, not for punishment

When you stop chasing an image, you start building confidence that lasts longer than any
aesthetic ever could.

Strong isn’t something you can see in the mirror.
It’s something you feel when you finally trust your body again.

(And hitting PRs doesn’t hurt either 😉)

You don’t need perfect days to get results. You just need to stop giving up when life isn’t perfect.
Most folks treat their fitness like a light switch: they’re all in or all out. Honestly, I can relate.
When motivation is high, we go hard.
When life gets messy, we disappear.

That’s not consistency. That’s burnout on repeat.
Here’s the truth: progress isn’t made on the easy days. It’s made on the days you almost quit
and still do something small anyway.
If you can learn to win those days, you’ll never have to start over again.

Here’s what that looks like:
– On low-energy days, shorten your workout instead of skipping it
– When you’re stressed, focus on grabbing protein and water, not calories
– If the day goes sideways, walk for 10 minutes and call it a win

Small effort compounds faster than perfection ever could.

Stop chasing perfect weeks. Chase consistent ones.
Perfect doesn’t get you results. Persistence does.

And if you’re needing a bit more help staying consistent: I’m launching my summer training program for 5 busy millennials who want to lose 10 pounds and feel more energized in 60 days. If that sounds like something that would help, let me know below or shoot me a message!
