We have great news to share. We’ve received a 2024 DEI grant. The DEI grant helps AccessHealth take care of our diverse patients, most of whom are from different racial or ethnic backgrounds, by supporting two Community Health Workers (CHWs). These CHWs help make our neighborhoods healthier by providing healthcare services and improving the quality of life. They also train AmeriCorp members to use our Health Navigation Platform (HNP), which connects patients with local resources to meet their basic needs.

Now in its fourth year, the DEI Grant Program will support more than 52,000 people in the community through 22 healthy neighborhood programs, 12 economic empowerment programs and 13 educational empowerment programs.

Empowering women through action! 🌟 AccessHealth is thrilled to kick off the 'Wherever Women Are Project' with Organon Levant 'Her Plan is Her Power.' We're honored to be part of Organon's U.S. grant programs, focusing on reducing unplanned pregnancies in high-need communities. This includes funding for community health clinics in Texas, Ohio, and Georgia, along with support from Direct Relief’s clinic network.

AccessHealth was the starting point for Organon's listening tour, engaging local stakeholders and healthcare teams to identify and address barriers to reproductive care. Together, we're making strides toward preventing 120 million unplanned pregnancies globally by 2030. 💙🌍
