I was stuck in the airport yesterday from 1245- 6pm when we started boarding. Then we sat on the plane for almost 2 hours FREEZING, waiting for ATC to clear us.
Taxied away, only to turn around because we needed more fuel for the pilot to accept the reroute or they wouldn't let us leave. Then we had to wait for the Fueler to come back because he'd left for the evening🤣
People were acting like alley bats! At the gate demanding hotels, arguing about the weather and whether the delays were really weather related👀😑 and continued to carry on with the shenanigans when we got on the plane. One young lady had a full on, sobbing melt down. Her traveling companion had to help her calm down.
Whew! Sometimes we dont know what someone else is going thru.
Our 4pm landing turned into landing after 11pm. I didn't care, we made it safe! That was all that matter!
I really have to say a huge thank you to United Airlines!!!
From the Gate Agents to the Flight Attendant to the Pilots! They were graceful, compassionate and patient. The pilot even help me get my bags on the plane. And when I was the last to get off was still helping me.
They didn't know I was in excruciating pain (sciatic nerve and piriformis syndrome) from being in the airport all day and then sitting in the freezing airplane. They're kind demeanor and actions made a crazy situation easier to navigate.
I was literally trying to get to Chicago for a training (made it)! And with only 3 hour sleep 😴 😩, I'm in the parking lot getting ready to go in and rock this 2nd in a series of 4 trainings.
This morning this here green tea and jammin in this jeep is getting me revved up and ready to go!!

This morning I did a mantra, and healing energy work to sit deep in my self love.
It felt euphoric, Intoxicating😭🥰🔥
I'm preparing for Soul Nourishing Course & Mentorship to start tomorrow.
To create sacred, safe and intentional space for students to deep dive into self.
Over the course of this journey we'll re-define and hone in for each person, their personal beliefs and truths. See, that's the foundation. How can you truly others help discover self, if you don't know self?
We'll re-define businesses, career paths and step into more strategic and soul nourishing for then to create their money, wealth and prosperity.
We'll heal in such ways they their whole lives will begin to submit to their will. Nope, I'm not promising a genie in a bottle catalog of wishes. I just know the power of spirit. When we sit firmly in our power, sh*t changes. The timing depends on each person. But it happens.
We'll laugh, cry tears if sorrow,healing and joy. We'll get angry and express the pain, righteous rage and cast emotions that need space to be heard.
Some will get mad at me and indignant. We'll face it and walk thru it together. I don't take sh*t, but I will hold space be the safe person who can let you express it respectfully, without rejecting or turning on you.

I tell each person who ask, if you join us in this journey, be prepared to face yourself. Be ready to look at all the darkness, shadows, depths, joys, and beautiful parts. Because it's all you. And it's all worthy of your love and attention.
The skill sets are beautiful. They'll help you, your loved ones and clients if you decide to complete the requirements for certification and offer it professionally.
The most powerful part of the experience though, is you deepening the relationship with you.

There are times when the healing journey can feel so heavy. Overwhelming. Isolating.
And yes, there are times when you'll need to go on your on and do your work. However, spirit also gives us help for a reason. Our alone time should prepare us for when we're working with others. It should help us tune inward. Help us to get comfortable with self and learn the deeper ins and outs.
So that as we partner with coaches, practitioners and others who help us along our journey, it is beneficial and non harming. We are meant to work with others to access their wisdom in order to help our own grow.
I know some of you have been truly hurt by negative experiences you've had in the past, maybe even recently.
I've been there. I was so hungry for a parent's love, when I was in ministry, I allowed elders and leaders to control and manipulate me. No not intentionally, I didn't understand that's what I was doing at the time. But as I continued to grow, I realized the pattern I kept creating.
I even recently was working with someone, because I believe in the value of having my own safe space to work through things. And they lost me as a client because they kept changing what they said, and had a few other things they aligned with, that I didn't. So I walked away. They literally tried to shame me and bully me into thinking they were my only help🤣
Those who know me know, that could have gone really ugly. But I recognized it for what it was, held my tongue and shut it down.
So I have understanding and compassion for just how asshat some of these people really are.
This is why when I created my course/mentorship I took the same principles, I've used to support my clients through the years.
