🍂 Rhythmic Touch is an intimate autumn experience weaving together craniosacral therapy, healing sound, and aromatherapy for a deeply restorative journey.

Limited to just four participants, each guest will receive individualized, gentle craniosacral touch as Leah listens to the body’s subtle rhythms and supports areas of tension or restriction, while Shaleesa creates an immersive sound bath to encourage softening, stillness, and release.

The experience will unfold through the body, from the head toward the feet, accompanied by an aromatic progression of oils gradually deepening from lightness into embodied, earthy presence.

Inspired by autumn’s invitation to slow down and turn inward, Rhythmic Touch offers space to release what is ready to fall away, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and enter the season feeling grounded, spacious, and at home within yourself.

I have a little news to share with you 🌹

After a lot of reflection, I’m excited to share that Movement Massage & Breathwork is becoming Rose Hearth.

This change has been growing quietly for some time. When I first began this work, massage and bodywork were at the center of my practice. Over the years, the work has expanded to include breathwork, craniosacral therapy, subtle energy work, somatic practices, coaching, and other ways of supporting people in reconnecting with themselves.

The name Movement Massage & Breathwork no longer quite holds the whole of what this practice has become.

Rose Hearth feels more spacious. It gives room for all of the different ways I work with people while still honoring what has always been at the heart of my practice: creating a grounded, welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find their way toward greater wholeness.

The rose represents unfolding, growth, beauty, and the wisdom of becoming.
The hearth represents warmth, nourishment, safety, and a place to come home to.

Those qualities feel deeply aligned with the work I want to continue offering.

So while the name is changing, the commitment to my own growth, the dedication to this practice, and the care and heart behind the practice are not. You’ll still find massage, breathwork, craniosacral therapy, energy work, somatic support, workshops, and other offerings, plus new things will continue to unfold as the practice grows.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your care, repaired and renewed relationships, shared this space with me, attended a class or workshop, referred a friend, or simply supported me work along the way.

I’m really looking forward to this next chapter.

What if your lunch break actually restored you?

There was a season of my life where, every Tuesday and Thursday, I would leave my office job during lunch and go to a yoga class at the YMCA.

I’d return to work, eat lunch at my desk, and somehow the entire rest of the day felt different.

Clearer. Lighter. More spacious.

That small midday reset became one of the most supportive parts of my routine.

So now, years later, I’m creating that same kind of space for others.

Every Wednesday at 11am, we’ll be holding Energizing Meditation — a full-spectrum somatic practice designed to help you:

✨ restore your energy for the rest of the day

Something really beautiful unfolded at our Tending the Roots gathering 🌱

We spent most of our time exploring what is waking up within each of us and how those individual awakenings naturally feed into something greater. There was a shared recognition that when we tend to our own inner landscape with honesty and devotion, we strengthen the roots of the whole community.

The conversation took us deeper… into what it really means to be in support of one another. Not just in ease, but in the complexity of being human and being in community, together.

As we closed, we returned to a central thread:
✨ that the path of self-initiation is not separate from community, but essential to it
✨ that our personal growth amplifies the collective mission
✨ that tending to self is tending to the whole

We sealed that intention with a candle ritual, each flame symbolizing a reflection of individual devotion contributing to a shared field of growth.

I’m feeling so grateful for the depth, honesty, and willingness in this space. And I’m really inspired to continue holding containers where we can gather like this. Where real conversation, curiosity, and transformation can unfold together.
