Grief Grove is tomorrow, 11am MT — go.sagecollective.care/grief-grove You don't have to explain it. You don't have to fix it. You don't have to perform for it. You don't even have to turn it into wisdom. 75 minutes, 8 seats, held by Anissa. Sharing is always optional — passing is welcome.

I walked into the Grove thinking I was fine. I felt pretty good, actually. Then we paused to read the prompts and feel them — and there was my grief with my grandmother, sitting right where I'd left it. So I sat and wept. Grief Grove is this Wednesday. 75 minutes, 8 seats, held by Anissa. https://go.sagecollective.care/grief-grove

Most people think grief means someone died.

It can also be the marriage that never happened. The career you walked away from. The parent who was alive but never really there. The version of your life you were counting on.

Grief Grove is a small circle — never more than eight people — where any of that is welcome without explanation.

Wednesday, September 30 · 11:00 AM MT · 75 minutes, online

Facilitated. Not a lecture, not therapy. People sitting with it together.

Also meeting on October 14 and October 28.

You don't have to carry it alone: Buy a token and join the Grove.

I had more abusers than parents. I never grieved that.

Why do we try to control grief? 🤔💔

Tomorrow, we gather for PTSD Grove with Anissa Matthews.

This is a peer-support space for people living with the impact of trauma — a place to show up without having to explain everything, perform healing, or have the right words.

There is no pressure to share. Listening is participation. Passing is always welcome.

Anissa will facilitate a grounded conversation focused on connection, support, and the experience of moving forward alongside people who understand that healing is rarely linear.

🌿 Sage is growing: PTSD Grove has officially been added.

This is a big step for our community.

Beginning this month, Anissa Matthews will now facilitate two alternating Wednesday Groves at 11:00 AM Mountain Time: Grief Grove and PTSD Grove.

That means we now have a dedicated, recurring Grove for people living with the impact of trauma—a place to reconnect, regulate, be witnessed, and spend time with others who understand.

And tomorrow, we continue with:

GRIEF GROVE
📅 Wednesday, September 2
🕚 11:00 AM Mountain Time
🌿 Facilitated by Anissa Matthews

Then next Wednesday, September 9, Anissa will facilitate our first PTSD Grove.

These two Groves will continue alternating every Wednesday at 11 AM MT.

❤️‍🩹 No pressure to speak. Passing is always welcome.
❤️‍🩹 Come to listen, share, reflect, or simply be present.

Upcoming schedule:
Grief Grove: September 2, 16, 30
PTSD Grove: September 9, 23, October 7
