✨ To know her is to love her✨
It is no secret that Monique IS Brio. She is the face you see when you walk in, the friendly voice on the phone, the one going the extra mile or 45 (yes, she was once caught delivering something to a patient on her own time that was accidentally left behind.... in Bartlesville!), the gal who is always living out the definition of "above and beyond."
If you have entered Brio, we feel confident that you would agree that Monique is truly someone special! She did not know it, but she was recently secret shopped- on four separate days, with four separate types of questions.
I am so proud to share with you that Monique rated as one of the best encounters performed by this agency all week. Not to mention, all four shoppers were different. Each week when performing their shops, each gets to award 1 Gold Star to the standout that they secret shopped that week, our girl got TWO gold stars, meaning she was the number 1 encounter all week for two different shoppers! ⭐⭐
