We painted rocks yesterday! We will be delivering them all over Jacksonville! We even had Jacksonville Sheriff's Office show up and paint some rocks! It was a bit toasty, but we were in the shade and there was a nice breeze.

We are accepting donations in Angie Campbell's name to be donated to .org
You can Venmo my account, Here Tomorrow as the message so I know where it goes. -stewart-28

We hope to do this regularly to get happy stones all over the city of Jacksonville!

If you want to know more, we are so happy to help!

The Flower That Puts Racing Thoughts to Sleep
Passionflower — Passiflora incarnata

DID YOU KNOW?
Passionflower doesn't just relax your body — it specifically quiets the mind. Studies show it
increases levels of GABA in the brain, the same neurotransmitter that prescription sleep aids
target. The difference? Passionflower does it gently, without grogginess, dependency, or the foggy
"sleep hangover" that pills often leave behind.

If you lie in bed with your mind running through tomorrow's to-do list, passionflower tea about 45
minutes before bed can be transformative. It's one of the most underappreciated herbs in our shop
— and one of Dawn's personal favorites for clients dealing with stress-related insomnia.

From Dawn at Pestle & Potions:
Our Week 4 Tea & Yoga series focuses entirely on Sleep. Join us the third Monday of each month
at 3410 Kori Rd — just $35 per class.
