We love creating spaces where teens & young adults living with sickle cell can relax, connect, and just be themselves. 🫶🏾

Join us Saturday, October 24th from 4:00–6:30 PM at Beaver Street Enterprise Center in Downtown Jacksonville for an evening of food, games, snacks, community, and a screening of Strain, a Nigerian Sickle Cell movie! 🩸❤️

For many people living with sickle cell disease, rainy and cold weather can trigger severe pain crises. While some of us may be home today battling that pain, you can help make sure we have the blood we need to keep fighting.

Richard Webster-Bass Health Institute (Richardwbhi ) & Project Little Veins are teaming up with LifeSouth (LifeSouth Community Blood Centers) to raise blood donations, sickle cell awareness, AND funding for the sickle cell community! ❤️

🔥 We need just 22 MORE DONORS! If we reach our goal, we’ll receive a LifeSouth Community Grant of $1,000+ to support the sickle cell community!
