For over 20 years, I’ve poured my heart into poetry and storytelling—writing was my refuge, my way of healing. From childhood journaling to navigating trauma and surviving cancer, my words have carried me through every chapter of my life. Now, I’m finally stepping into a new phase, sharing my work with the world.

I’ll be attending events, reciting my poetry, and speaking about my journey—because every obstacle has shaped me, and every story deserves to be told.

Tonights reading.....the first coffee reading of the new year for my client shows that as we step into the new year, the energy of transformation is strong for all of us.
The message is clear: it’s time to leave behind the toxic patterns, relationships, and situations that have weighed us down. Like the phoenix rising, this is our opportunity to shed the old and step boldly into a new beginning.

There may still be challenges or lingering interference, but we hold the key to our freedom and protection. Cleansing our energy, trusting our intuition, and leaning into our inner strength are essential as we move forward. The sun shines brightly ahead, reminding us that clarity, growth, and success are within reach. Let this be the year we rise together, empowered and renewed.

This reading reminded me of the resilience that lives in all of us. 🌿☕️

The message was clear: it’s time to rise. Like a seed buried deep in the earth, this person has been carrying layers of pain and trauma—some inherited, some self-inflicted, all heavy. Yet, from those depths, there is always potential for new growth.

The reading showed symbols of strength and transformation, urging them to unpack what no longer serves, even if it feels overwhelming. Healing isn’t linear, but liberation begins the moment we choose to dig through the soil and reclaim the light.

For anyone holding onto the weight of the past, remember this: you are not bound by it. You are allowed to rise, to be free, to thrive.

Cleansing cups with smoke is a sacred practice to purify and activate them. The smoke clears stagnant energy, aligning the cups with intention and preparing them as vessels for spiritual or ceremonial work.

✨As I did this reading, Spirit whispered truths, unveiled pathways, and revealed hidden wisdom for my client, but never commanded.

Tonight's Hermanas Sagrada workshop was much needed.
There’s something truly magical about sharing space with women who come together in love, positivity, and without judgment.
The energy we created this evening was pure medicine—not just for the soul, but for the spirit of community.
Whenever I open up a space like thisI am reminded of the power of connection, the healing in vulnerability, and the joy of lifting one another up.

This work fills my cup to the brim, reminding me why I do what I do. It’s in these sacred moments that life feels richer, more grounded, and so deeply aligned.
Thank you to all the women who continue to show up for themselves and for each other. Together, we make life more beautiful. 💛

🌿 Today, I can finally say the words I’ve been longing to hear: I am in remission. 💚

This journey through cancer has been the hardest battle of my life. There have been moments where I didn’t know if I had the strength to keep going, where the weight of uncertainty felt too heavy. But every day, I chose to fight. I chose to rise.

I’m filled with so much gratitude for this chance to be here, to beat cancer, and to feel the beauty of life flowing through me again. It hasn’t been easy.
The fear, the pain, the overwhelming emotions... they've shaped me, but they've also deepened my strength in ways I never imagined.

Now, I get to breathe in this new chapter. I get to live, love, and heal. And for that, I am eternally grateful. Thank you to everyone who stood by me, held me up, and believed in me when I didn’t always believe in myself.

Here's to life, to healing, and to embracing every single moment. 💫✨

In curanderismo, limpias are spiritual cleansings that remove negative energy or blockages from a person’s body, mind, and spirit. One of the traditional methods used is the limpia con escoba, or sweeping limpia, where an herbal broom (escoba) made of specific plants is used to "sweep" away unwanted energies.

The choice of herbs and plants for the escoba is intentional, as each plant holds its own healing properties and energetic vibration. Some common plants used in an escoba include:

Ruda (Rue): A powerful protector and cleanser of negativity.
Romero (Rosemary): Used to purify, bring clarity, and strengthen the person’s energy field.
Albahaca (Basil): Known for its ability to attract positive energy and prosperity.
Eucalyptus: Clears stagnant energy and promotes healing.
Pine branches: Symbolize strength and are used to purify spaces and people.
Sage: Often included for its ability to remove negativity and call in protection.

The escoba is usually tied together with natural twine, and it may be left outside under the moonlight before a limpia to charge it with lunar energy.
