We’re excited to partner with the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) as an official stop for the Connect Kenedy and Karnes County Connect transportation services!

Need a ride to our offices, the hospital, or around town? AACOG has you covered. Their wheelchair-accessible vans provide safe, reliable transportation throughout Karnes County and can even make limited route deviations when needed.

In addition to stops at Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital and local physician offices, the service connects riders to destinations such as Walmart, H-E-B, libraries, city offices, and other key locations in Kenedy, Karnes City, and Runge.

Even better—the service is currently FREE to ride!

The Connect Kenedy route stops at OKMH every hour, while the Karnes County route stops approximately every hour and 30 minutes, making it easier than ever to get where you need to go!
