Sometimes when I’m on my mat I can settle right into the session. Today my mind was a little busy with thoughts and I was feeling antsy. I knew my mind, body and spirt needed this time carved out for just me. I gave myself 26minutes out of a 24hour day. This time on the mat isn’t meant for perfection or shhhhhing the mind, it honoring who you are and meeting yourself where you are at mentally,physically and spiritually in that moment.
