🎄 Great entree! I bake my squash whole (with a few slits through the skin) @ 350 for about an hour. They are easier to slice and deseed after they are baked

🎄 Fresh herbs really provide a great flavor profile

🎄 The mushrooms and walnuts give this pate a texture and mouth feel of a traditional pate
🎄 We preferred this at room temperature versus right out of the refrigerator

A Mushroom Wellington🎶🎶🎶🎶
🎄 The crust contains oil, however I omitted the oil from the remainder of the recipe
🎄 I used all cremini and portobello mushrooms

🎄 The crust was “washed” with plant milk (if you want to be a bit more decadent, you might use melted vegan butter)
🎄 Be sure to let stand for the recommended time before slicing!
🎄 Tip: save your mushroom stems and boil in water (I added a bit of fresh thyme too) for mushroom broth. Great to use when making grains/soups to add another layer of flavor!

🎄 Instead of frying these in oil, I baked them @350 degrees for 25 minutes to omit the oil
🎄 These can be used as an appetizer or an entree
🎄 The meatballs are GF! I used GF breadcrumbs, or you can use GF oats as a substitute!
🎄 The cranberry sauce is sweetened only using Maple Syrup and cinnamon

🎄Delicious comfort food! This dish contains the flavor profile of traditional Pierogis!
🎄 Make it GF by turning it into a casserole by mixing Cooked GF pasta with the filling and then topping with sauce!

We are so excited to share our news! Pflurish PBK passed inspection on Friday! ( our heads are still spinning!) We would like to announce that we will be open for business as of March 7th! Our hours will be 10 am -2 pm on this date! We will then begin our regular store schedule the following week (starting March 11th) Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30-6:30 pm and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-2:00 p.m. See attached video for a preview of the new retail space! We will open with limited items as we work toward building and expanding our menu! We will provide some samples on opening day! BYOB! Bring Your Own Bag (or purchase one of ours!) The facility does use peanuts, tree nuts, soy and wheat, so please be aware of this! We are sourcing as many organic products as possible! Ingredients will be listed on all items! Our containers are microwaveable, compostable and BPA free as we do our part to protect the environment! We’d like to thank all of you for following us on our journey and offerings of encouragement along the way!
